The organizational users can register themselves easily on ValidateMe Online by following the steps below:
Step 1. Go to ValidateMe Online Home Page and click on Register.
Step 2. In the Register – Choose account page, select Organization.
Step 3. In the field – Organization Details – enter the name of your organization, like QA InfoTech. A drop-down will appear with the name of the organization along with the logo and the website. If the name of your organization does not appear in the dropdown, search using the full website address, like qainfotech.com. Confirm that the organization name, logo and website address is correct, and then select the institution from the drop-down. Note that there can be organizations with the same name and it is important to select the right organization in the list.
Step 4. If your organization name is not appearing in the – Select Your Organization – dropdown on the Organization Details page, then you can add the organization. Type the full name of the organization, like We Build Learning, and select it from the dropdown.
Step 5. Check the website address in the field – Domain – and add the correct website address, like webuildlearning.com. Click on Proceed.
Step 6. Enter Name, Email Address and Phone Number in the User Details screen. Use your organization’s email ID here and a proper mobile number. A verification email will be sent to the email address and an OTP to the mobile number. The OTP needs to be entered in the next screen to complete the registration process. Click on Proceed to move to the next step.
Step 7. Enter the OTP and click on Proceed.
Step 9. You will receive an email from the ValidateMe Online platform on the email address that you registered here to verify it. Click on Verify My Email link in the email and it will redirect to your account. You can now login to your ValidateMe Online. After you login you will have limited access to the different features of ValidateMe Online. Your organization needs to be on boarded to ValidateMe Online, so that the organization’s Administrator can be created. The ValidateMe Online organization administer will verify the users on ValidateMe Online and then the users will have access to all the features.
Step 10. To on-board your organization send an email with the information below to email@example.com. ValidateMe Online independently verifies the information in the email using third-party information providers. As soon as the information is verified, the organization’s administrator account is created on ValidateMe Online, and the administrator can then login and verify the users.
To get access to the full features of the platform, please on-board your company on ValidateMe Online. The process is very simple. Just request the key stakeholders of your company (CEO/CIO/CFO/Chairman/MD/Director) to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Company’s ValidateMe Online Administrator Details (usually HR Manager/Recruiting Manager):
As soon as we receive the information, we will create your company’s administrator’s account on ValidateMe Online. The administrator can then verify your company’s users and disable the users that are not from your company.
The verified users from your company can search for users and request for their documents. The verified users can also validate the documents of your ex-employees and departing employees, and that needs to be done only once in the lifetime. All future background verification requests from other companies can then be done on ValidateMe Online, freeing up your HR’s time. For ease, you can also bulk upload the employment data of all the ex-employees. ValidateMe Online provides free credits for the validations that you do for the ex-employees and that can be used for conducting the background verification for your applicants and candidates.
